It’s truffle season and a special tasting event will be available for three days only at Bistro 31 in Santa Monica. The Senior Practicum Class at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California— Los Angeles have arranged for an exceptional lunch and dinner experience, including a pre-meal educational presentation about these rare and delectable mushrooms.
