The Art Institute of California — San Diego hosts fundraiser benefitting the Alzheimer’s Association
Student chefs in The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California — San Diego will be preparing an eight-course menu with a theme of “forbidden foods” of the world for a fundraiser that will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. These students are in the “Art Culinaire” course, which focuses on advanced fine dining cuisine and requires students to prepare an elaborate meal for a local community effort. The dinner will be held at the student-run restaurant, The Palette, located on campus.
The extensive menu, offered at a prix fixe price of $30.00, will feature foods from the following countries:
